　　RONNIE CHOONG先生是位资深室内设计师,创意空间设计师,1987年,Ronnie先生创办了S.I. Design Sdn. Bhd.公司,经过多年的发展壮大如今已成为马来西亚首屈一指的设计师公司,拥有40多位专业职员,占地8600平米,座落于马来西亚的中心地带---吉隆坡

　　Ronnie先生扎根于室内设计,赢得无数设计大奖,他的作品被广泛出版发行于当地乃至国际刊物,除了专业的设计造诣,Ronnie先生还涉足于教育事业,被马来西亚ALFA国际大学认命为学术顾问,在马来西亚两所设计高校多次巡回演讲,他深信设计教育一定能满足室内设计行业的需求;

　　1989年作为马来西亚室内设计师协会(MSID)的创始成员之一,Ronnie先生尽心尽力服务于MSID组委会,他是MSID的现任主席,同时也是Pro-tem委员会的主席,2006-2007期间Ronnie先生当选为亚太空间设计协会(APSDA)的主席.

　　在最近举行的2007国际室内建筑师联盟(IFI)会员大会中,Ronnie先生被推选为执行理事成员.

　　Ronnie Choong has been an Interior Designer/Space Planner since 1983. In 1987, Ronnie founded S.I. Design Sdn. Bhd. The company has since grown over the years into a leading Malaysian interior design company with about 40 professional staff occupying an 8,600 sq. ft. office facility in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

　　Ronnie specializes in Corporate Interiors and has won numerous design awards in Corporate, Retail and F&B sectors since 1992 till now. His work has been widely published in local as well as international publications. Apart from professional design work, Ronnie has also been involved in education, where he used to lecture on a visiting basis in two design colleges in Malaysia. His strong believe in seeing that Design Education meets the demands of the Interior Design industry, resulted in his appointment as an Academic Advisor to Alfa International College, Malaysia.

　　A founding member of the Malaysian Society of Interior Designers (MSID) in 1989, Ronnie has served in various capacities within the council since its founding days. He is the current President of MSID (2007-2009) for a 2nd term. He also sits in the Pro-tem committee spearheading the MSID/IPDM merger as a Chairman. Ronnie also served as a Chairman of Asia-Pacific Space Designers Association (APSDA) from 2006 to 2007.

　　In the recent IFI 2007 General Assembly, Ronnie was elected as an Executive Board Member of the International Federation of Interior Architects/Interior Designers (IFI) for the period 2007 to 2009.
